Depending on how long your hair is, you will need one or two eggs. Beat the egg thoroughly and apply the beaten egg on your hair while it is still wet. Leave it on your hair for thirty minutes and rinse it thoroughly using warm water. Do this one or two times a week.
Another way to treat your hair with egg is to mix together a tablespoon of your favorite hair oil, an egg and two tablespoons of water. Thoroughly massage your hair with this mixture. You can apply this on your hair once a week.
Olive oil: This is another common kitchen ingredient that you can use to help you improve the strength of your hair while softening it at the same time. Put warm olive oil on your hair and massage it. Leave the oil on your hair for at least 30 minutes and then rinse it with shampoo. Another option is to leave the oil on your hair overnight. Apply this on your hair once a week.
Avocado: Aside from having thicker hair, avocado is also great for improving your hair’s overall health. Mash an avocado and banana together and mix one tablespoon of olive oil. Fenugreek seeds: Aside from being able to prevent hair loss, fenugreek seeds can also make hair grow better. Put two or three tablespoons of fenugreek seeds in a bowl of water. Castor Oil: If you want a quick and easy way to naturally having thicker hair, then you should try regularly massaging the castor oil on your scalp. Castor oil is highly viscous which provides your hair with a thorough coating and protecting it from any hair fall also. It is also good for promoting hair growth because of the fatty acids and Vitamin E that it contains.
You can either use castor oil alone or mix it with coconut oil in equal parts. The problem with castor oil only is that it is too thick. Like all the other options, apply it on your scalp and do circular massages. Thoroughly distribute the oil by combing your hair and taking out any tangles.
