Eye Cream for Anti-Wrinkles

This particular eye cream is thickened with the beeswax ingredient, so if you are not fond of beeswax or any bee products for that matter, you can choose either one of these substitutes: Carnauba Wax, Candelilla Wax or Soy Wax. In addition to carrot seed and rosehip oils, this particular recipe makes use of the apricot kernel oil. This is actually one form of vitamin A, which is high in antioxidant. Such a vitamin is great at restoring any damaged tissue, and also reduces wrinkles and scars. The Rosehip seed oil is particularly high in retinol plus with omega fatty acids and the antioxidants beta-carotene and lycopene. Carrot seed oil is also packed with minerals and vitamins. This particular component can actually boost up the immune response of the body against UV rays, making it an excellent source for preventing the skin’s damage by the sun. The carrot seed oil also stimulates and detoxifies the cells’ rejuvenation.

Mix one tablespoon rosehip seed oil, half a tablespoon jojoba oil and half a tablespoon pomegrentate seed oil in an ounce glass bottle. Add between five to ten drops of vitamin E oil, ten drops of lavender essential oil, 2 drops of carrot seed oil and 3 drops of helichrysum oil. Close the bottle and gently shake to mix the ingredients. You can use this homemade facial cream daily as your regular moisturizer in order to heal and rejuvenate your skin.
