If you want to eat the strawberries as they are, you can do so. However, you need to chew on the fruit really well and leave it to the fruit to do its own brushing with your teeth.

These fruits and veggies are actually good for your teeth. Just by chewing on them will remove the bacteria and excess food from the mouth. It will also aid in scrubbing the surface stains of the teeth. The acid in vegetables and fruits actually has a double duty, keeping your teeth whiter. Apples contain malic acid, which is a chemical that you will also find in strawberries and many other products for whitening teeth, proven to remove the stains on the surface of your teeth.
